Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve, questo whisky giapponese è un NAS, ma in realtà si sa molto di lui. Viene “blendato” (composto) con botti di whisky non torbato, poco torbato e molto torbato, ed il risultato è che è poco torbato. Invece l’invecchiamento del Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve è composto da whisky di 8 e 18 anni. Un blend interessante e complicato, sarà un single malt japan whisky che rispetta lo stile nipponico?
